The Ranks Of Mascote
The ranks in this program are designed to
be directly related to, and have been specifically designed, to reduce the amount of “luck”
you will need in your future endeavors and it is our steadfast purpose to help guide you, for the benefit of those you may lead in the future.
Youth Driven
The goal of the Mascote Rank system is for each rank to be trained on and tested on by the next higher rank(s). Complete an Acorn Camp and you have in effect, created the next Acorn Staff. Higher ranking youth and sometimes even adults should always step up and offer to play senior roles when they are needed. All Mascote are welcome to sign up and help out where they can.

You start by selecting a suitable venue (preferably one that allows horses) and the dates and then create a Camp and broadcast it to other Mascote in the zip-code(s) for your area. The maximum is 9 staff 9 adult advisors and 64 youth broken down into 8 teams. There is a provision for a 9th team but after that it is best to create another camp at the same spot with the same dates and make 5 teams in each. The minimum is two teams with 4 youth each, 4 youth staff and 2 adults.

A High Bark Camp requires 9 staff and 9 adult advisors and there are no teams. The venue should allow for all the requirements to be practiced on and tested. The broadcast may end up being state wide.
